We are very sorry to hear that something is missing from your order. It may be that the item is not in stock, in which case it will be noted as such on your delivery note (attached to your parcel) and you will be refunded for the item. If you believe that something has been left off your order for any other reason, we politely request that you recheck your order, as it can be easy to miss an item. For example, when sending out bare root plants, they are often tied together in bundles and the plants take a little untangling; it can be easy to miscount initially how many plants there are. Likewise, packets of rootgrow, which come in plastic bags, are often taped to bags within the packaging, and can be easily missed, so please double check the packaging for it.
