If you wish to cancel your order, you can do this yourself by logging into your account.

Alternatively, you can email us, and we can cancel your order for you.  We will be sorry to receive your cancellation.  We are constantly trying to improve our offer and service, and it will help us if you are happy to tell us why you wish to cancel your order and share any constructive comments.  Your card is only debited at the point your order is despatched, and so no money has been taken from your card.  You will receive an email confirmation of cancellation of your order.
